BPS is well positioned to deliver total Turnkey Solutions to meet client requirements, deploying Smart Server Data Base solutions which can be customised for mobile, very low-powered, wire-free surveillance applications. BPS are currently looking to enter various markets and is in talks with several strategic partners and agencies and see the synergy in working more closely with companies to forge suitable manufacturing and support services partnership to supply security services market with next generation low-power high-quality mobile hand held and portable rapid deployment surveillance sensors that do more than current state of the art.

BPS strive to arrive at future-proof solutions complimentary to existing Systems but provides additional capabilities not considered practicable with currently installed equipment

Our services can be delivered as follows:

  • Client manufactures the BPS hardware devices under licence

  • Client and BPS would collaborate on specific customizations

  • BPS provide the software and hardware necessary for the applications agreed

  • Client operates Sales and Support of hardware and services with BPS support

  • Client will market via own dealer network arrange installation and operator training

  • BPS provide all necessary software support and related production support services

  • BPS would provide (and/or) manage the network services if required

Delivery

The business model :
Client would be the manufacturer, supplier and integrator of all hardware components for the solution offered to the agreed market sector. Client existing infrastructure providing sales support can also offer the network services directly, provide help desk function and bill the end customers.

BPS will provide all the designs and software for the customized solutions all software upgrades and hardware support to Client.

If required BPS can provide complete software server platforms and network services required to manage the operational data collected by the system. Providing client with Total Turn key solution. Alternatively monitoring service can be provided via third party service provider. We can also recommend our approved partner Eurowatchcentral which operates an extensive monitoring and call out service for customers using our sensor technologies.

  • Client maintains focus on its core business in growing its customer base and presence in market sector in deploying new solutions providing new revenue streams.

  • Our clients, are established leaders in distinct market sectors, having extensive dealer network and customer support network, are well positioned for maximising the entry and sales of new services/devices and billing the customers.

  • Client typically has access to secure and reliable technical environment – server rooms and communication channels (very important for security services). Alternatively BPS could arrange this with our partner Eurowatchcentral.

  • BPS could augment the primary audio-video event detection service with additional features (for example 3G or WiFi connectivity, GPS positioning, Temperature & Humidity sensing, Smart analysis software for people counting etc).

  • BPS focus is in providing our client with the most cost effective and innovative technologies to meet client requirements

  • Roaming is available for whole of Europe with unified prices (Vodafone Eurocall)

Principals

The principals of a business arrangement to achieve your objectives include:BPS engage with our clients in agreeing Sales target for market sector, assist in preparing and planning to ensure successful product entry to maximise sales opportunity.

We work closely with our clients to reduce manufacturing costs at all levels, delivering cost effective technology solutions to end customers.

BPS Technology licence can be available with two year (renewable) support engineering contract. We provide our clients all upgrade support for compiled firmware, complete responsibility for any alterations to both hardware design and for integrity and maintenance of BPS source code.

BPS would receive a royalty after agreed sales reached with client to recover the amortised development costs; keeping our development engineering costs competitive.

Client (with BPS support) provides through existing channels necessary after sales support and services via own dealer network.

BPS provide web server connectivity to allow real time alerts and image streaming for wireless enabled AV sensors.

To allow for the opportunity cost and facilitate any initial redesign work necessary to meet Client requirements BPS would agree a one off initial ‘mobilization fee’ with Client.

In conclusion BPS offers a production ready solid state audio-video capture and storage platform with flexible wireless capability for mobile operations applicable to a rapidly growing need for verifiable event audit services. The product is an ideal platform for future enhancements.
